Tour starts with a visit to the local market. Then you are invited to their authentic Balinese compound home where they have an open kitchen with plenty of pits, pans, and cooking utensils. You will learn to cook 5 different Balinese dishes.

The best thing is that the class is interesting for people with all levels of experience in cooking.
Nyoman has a great deal of knowledge about ingredients and where to get them when your are home or how to replace them.

And most important this class is about happy cooking! Why cook if it's no fun?

All in all a great cooking class that we would book again without doubt!
